Jerry began his investment industry career in 1998 with A.G. Edwards in Lawrence, serving as a financial advisor and producing Branch Manager. After leaving, he joined UBS Financial Services, before Stifel acquired the firm’s Lawrence office in 2009. Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Jerry worked as a bank examiner and an administrator with a bank regulatory agency in Missouri. He was a commercial lender and bank President of two Missouri banks, as well as a bank in Lawrence, Kansas.
Jerry utilizes his background to assist individuals and small business owners in investment planning, retirement programs, and estate planning strategies. He focuses on strategic and tactical portfolio allocation while helping clients allocate their assets in accordance with their personal goals, needs, and risk tolerance. While asset allocation does not ensure a profit and may not protect against loss, it can play a key role in establishing a sound investment strategy and mitigating risk.
